Helmets for Bury Comets
The NCA offers its full support to local Cycle Speedway Club, The Bury Comets.
We believe that this is a local community club at the very grass roots of cycling. The hard work and commitment of Chairman, Tony Mann and Head Coach, John Burston, is a credit to the sport of Cycle Speedway and both have an excellent rapport with the adults and youngsters within the club
This well established club has an excellent reputation for Cycle Speedway competition at all levels, arranging World class racing events but always ensuring that a main priority is the provision of cycling activities for the local young people of Bury.
The NCA have donated 20 Bell cycle helmets to the club to enable more young people to join in the sport in a safe way and will continue to support the clubs endeavours in providing a now, little known cycling activity for young people to enjoy
