2. SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES
a. All services supplied or goods purchased from us are subject to our relevant Terms and Conditions of Business which shall be provided to you and may be printed on the back of quotes, estimates and invoices.
b. Please note that we can only proceed with sales and booking of services when we have agreed the details in writing with a customer and all relevant documentation is in place and any agreed deposits have been received.

3. COPYRIGHT, TRADE MARKS, GRAPHICS AND LOGOS
a. www.ncagb.co.uk and National Cycling Academy are the registered trading names and trade marks of the Company and may not be used by any other party without the Company’s prior written consent.
b. All visual elements, screen layouts and material displayed on the Web Site belong to the Company unless otherwise specified e.g. reports or extracts from brochures/journals/articles or is copyright to our technology or content providers. All designs, artwork, photographs and copy shall remain the property of the Company or their relevant owner. We reserve the right to take whatever legal action may be necessary against any visitor or user of this site who is found to have infringed out rights to recover all consequential losses including but not limited to recovery of all associated costs.
c. You may view, print or download the contents of the website for personal use but for no other purposes including but not limited to commercial use or re-publication.

6. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
a. The confidentiality of Customers and site visitors is a top priority at National Cycling Academy and we comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act 1984 and the new act of 1998. When a client/customer makes a booking or sends us an enquiry we ask for their name, telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses and company information along with information about their requirements. We use this information to fulfill their request and to help us manage and maintain their records. We are committed to protecting the privacy of users of our website, services and subscribers to National Cycling Academy newsletter and to protecting the personal information which our subscribers provide to us.

7. GENERAL
